Chia seeds have and black and white seeds which is beneficial for health. Chia seeds come from the plant ” Salvia Hispanica” which grows in Mexico and central America. It contains protein which help in muscle strengthen, fiber which is good for digestion, omega 3 fatty acids which help in brain function also magnesium, calcium and iron which can make our bones strong. Chia seeds also reduce LDL (bad cholesterol) and inflammation. Adding chia seeds in our diet is making our meal more nutritious. We can add it in smoothies, yogurt and oatmeal.
